Order Processing

Custom Magnet Orders:
Processing time is 3–7 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date or require expedited shipping, please email us at support@shinehausmagnets.com— we are happy to work with you!

Magnet Making Kits and Materials:
All machine kits typically ship within one week. This is based on our average lead time, so please understand that this timeframe may vary from order to order, with an average processing time of one week.

We have warehouses located all around the world. If we are out of stock at the nearest warehouse, your order may be shipped from the next closest location, which can occasionally be international. This allows us to deliver your order in the fastest possible way.

If your order is shipped from one of our international warehouses, you may receive a tracking number that only updates once it arrives to our U.S. courier. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Shipping times are approximate. Occasional delays may occur on the courier's end. However, if you ever have any questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

If you order multiple sets, products, or kits, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
All tracking numbers will be provided.
