Because our magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds — unless you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us if you're unsatisfied for any reason, as we will make it right.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Machine Making Kits:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns for these kits.
